It's very obvious, the people are angry (rightfully so) at the Congresswoman for her stand on certain issues, her unwillingness to provide straight answers or to even listen to what the people have to say. She is more concerned with controlling the people who are present and keep them in line and quiet. She also made numerous attempts to stop any pictures or this video from being taken.
