Remember also, in case of a biochemical war it is recommended that you have plastic wrap and duct tape; enough to place around the doors and windows.

Don't forget FIRST AID STUFF I buy a little each week and build many personal first aid kits not to mention the Hospital in a backpack that I have prepared.
If there is a dollar store in your hood this is a good place to look.
Something else you will want is a good supply of Baby Wipes, why you ask when I have no baby bottom to wipe?
There the best thing for taking a bath when there is no water.
Start with one on your face and work your way down, replacing with a fresh one as needed. This works very well as I have used this method many times while in the wilderness.

My actions so far include: Growing a garden, at least my family will have some kind of food in case the shtf. Stocking up on canned foods with the exp. date of at least two years. Stocking up on enough water for one month. Taking shooting lessons down at the gun range once or twice a month. Next moves for me: Finding hiding places for essentials where no one else will be able to find them such as: extra cash, extra food, extra water, clothes, toiletries, and most importantly: guns and ammo!

With the new hybrid seeds that all the chemical company's are producing are unable to reproduce viable seeds to grow future crops in years to come, therefor you must go back to the chemical company each year for more seeds giving the government control of your food source.
I'm not here to sell seeds and I don't make any profit from the following links this is only for your information so that you can become more prepared for what quite possible is to come.
Here are two links that I have found for what are called heirloom seeds that can reproduce viable seeds for a corp next year therefor keeping you self sufficient in your effort to survive not to mention the money you will save in years to come.

This following quot is something that I found on another site and is not my own work but it is very well put together and applies very well here
"Chaos is soon to be upon what was once the greatest civilization the Earth has ever seen or ever will see and the best thing you and your family are able to do is BE PREPARED. In as much as anyone who knows what Martial Law is knows that the thought of Martial Law being implemented in America is a terrifying thought. However given the acceleration of the Bilderberg Groups plan to usher in the New World Order with their puppet Barak Hussein Obama leading the charge the need to prepare for this calamity has now become necessary. There are a number of things you should do in order to prepare yourself and your family all of which are common sense things to do to prepare for the coming chaos, a brief guideline is as follows;



1.) If you are not a God fearing person that has given your live to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior NOW is the time to do so as Christ is really your only hope whatsoever. If you are a backslidden person that has had a relationship with Christ but for whatever reason you have backslidden NOW is the time to get reacquainted with the Lord and hold firm in your convictions. The word of God tells us that Christ will come as a thief in the night to rapture Gods children off of the Earth in order that Gods children do not have to endure the trials and tribulations that are about to ensue. 2.) If you do not already own firearms you need to purchase as many as you are able to while you still have the ability to do so. We would recommend at least 1 12ga. Shotgun and purchase double 00 buckshot ammunition as many rounds as you are able to get your hands on for home defense.



3.) You will also need at least 1 hand gun we would recommend nothing smaller than a 9mm semi automatic and as much ammunition as you are able to get your hands on and we would suggest you do these first two items now as firearms are going to be increasingly more difficult to obtain and prices have already risen substantially over this time last year.



4.) You will need to stock up on food supplies we suggest no less than a three month supply and a year would be optimal. Purchase non perishables can goods as well as bulk flour, sugar and baking essentials.



5.) You will need bottled water as water supplies are likely to become contaminated and undrinkable.



6.) Medical supplies in the form of bandages, large bandages and disinfectants items to close wounds butterfly tape, etc.



7.) You may recall the mention of power earlier in this article and the need to have back up power is a definite must as power will most certainly become a major issue especially if the power grids are interrupted be-it by a false flag attack or an actual attack either from within or an outside force. There is a simple way to make an electric generator that is quite inexpensive as well and will produce enough power to power your entire home that once running will eliminate the need for power generated from the power grids.



8.) Those that live in metropolitan areas will need to devise an escape strategy out of the area that you live in. The time to become a pioneer again will become necessary i.e. living in tents and off of the land away from the comfort of cities. As food becomes more and more difficult to obtain people will begin stealing and yes killing to obtain food, thus the need for firearms with an ample supply of ammunition.



9.) One should also purchase as much gasoline as they have the ability to do so, we suggest 55 gallon drum barrels with a hand pump on them in order to dispense the fuel. You will want to stabilize the fuel as well with a stabilizer that you can get at any auto parts store.



10.) If you are one that wishes to try to stick it out in your home you will want to purchase some means of fortifying the window and door areas of your home. We suggest 1/2 inch or greater sheets of steel if possible otherwise you can also use several layers of 1 inch plywood as many as you are able to put together to at least slow down many rounds of rapidly traveling ammunition.



Remember the Federal Government is NOT your friend as you have learned from the history lesson you read and researched if you have done the research as we have suggested you do. The Federal Government is your enemy and the Federal Government declared war on "We the People" in 1933 and have been waging a slow methodical war on the people of America ever since and now have "We the People" were they wish for us to be almost completely helpless.



DO NOT BECOME A CASUALTY of a WAR "We the People" did not start However "We the People" will Finish by taking down our enemies the Federal Government and the Federal Reserve Bank and "We the People" will do this by whatever means is necessary in order to take back and Restore our Beloved Constitutional Republic of America."
